This is XXXX Honda CBXX Superhawk.  I have clean and clear title in my name for the bike. It has XXXXX miles on it.  The carbs were recently cleaned and the bike runs and drives well, shifts through the gears, and the brakes work well.  It starts right up with the electric or kick start.  All of the lights and electrics function properly.  It has brand new battery, new air filters and new carb to filter rubbers. The gas tank has been sealed.  Overall it is nice, driver quality bike, that could be ridden as is, fixed up little more, or totally restored. 
While have described the bike to the best of my abilities, am not professional mechanic.  Therefore, this listing is subject to inadvertent errors and omissions.  I welcome and encourage all prospective buyers to come and check out the bike in person and inspect it prior to bidding.  Please look closely at all the pictures on desktop computer to best see the condition.  The bike is being sold 'as is' with no warranty or guarantees.
