This motorcycle is in "like new" condition, this was complete frame off restoration, which was just completed this summer.  This motorcycle is in excellent running condition and start easily on the first kick.  No expense was spared in this restoration, used the best parts available at the time and lot of effort was taken to keep this bike as original as possible.  Every single nut and bolt was removed, every single part cleaned, polished or painted, and carefully put back together.  A lot of the hardware(nuts and bolts) has been replaced with new higher quality fasteners. The frame, swing arm and some other miscellaneous parts(headlight ears, air box, center stand) have all been professionally sandblasted and powder coated. The gas tank was professionally painted and clear coated. Some parts have been re-chromed. The engines has been XXX% disassembled transmission and top end were both addressed and restored to like new condition, the cylinder has been professionally bored out one size larger with new rings and piston.  Brand new Honda wiring harness and brand new battery.  Fresh tires and tubes as well.  Seriously in like new, perfect condition, run great.  I broke in the engine with cycles of running the motor at high idle for about XX minutes and then letting cool for one hour, afterwards, probably only put about miles on the bike to ensure everything is working as it should and all gears shift and run properly.  This little guy has pretty decent power with the new piston. The bike has had only minor use since the restoration and engine rebuild, so the new owner will have brand new motorcycle.
These particular Honda CLXX is pretty much the closest you can get to owning brand new one (unless you had chance to buy one in the late XX's from dealer :).  There is too much work done here to fully list everything that went into this bike, the amount of funds that went into this restoration is well over $XXXX.XX.  Any questions please message me or call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX and I'm happy to answer any questions. have taken many photos to visually show the condition, This bike is truly in excellent condition, there are no surprises, but the photos show all. 
This motorcycle is easily in show condition, near concourse condition (there is small quarter sized dent in the exhaust muffler on the very end that would keep it from truly being XXX% concourse, this exhaust is very rare and was the best condition original one available).  This Honda is in such excellent condition that should probably be on display, but it is also XXX% fully functional and everything on the bike works as it should just like the day it was originally sold in XXXX.
