First introduced in XXXX for the Japanese home market, the CDXX commuter motorcycle was soon popular around the world, the earlier models had chrome side panels on the fuel tanks, and were perhaps the prettiest with those beautifully made plastic Honda Wing tank badges. The overhead cam X.XPS XXXXXrpm engine gave good turn of speed, important for city commuting allowing smooth transition into the main flow of traffic, while the four speed box allowed this peppy engine to stay on the boil.



The CD part of the name was given to all Honda?��s that were designed for commuting or touring during the XXXX?��s and early XXXX?��s.
