Thisbike is of the rarest of the CTXXs because they were the "EXPORT"model which means it came with blinkers, center stand, detachable frontend, street tires, speed transmission with an automatic clutch. This model hasa shift pattern of up to first gear then down to neutral (not past like modern bike) and then press again down to Xnd and Xrd gears. The speedometer has been restored andset at back to zero during restoration. The bike now only has or miles oftest riding on it. This bike has clean California title in my name. Noexpense was spared as you can see. This bike starts on the first kick, runs andshifts great. This bike looks fabulous and is definitely crowd pleaser! the frame has beensand blasted and powder coated the Candy Sapphire Blue. have replaced the followingparts: OEM rechromed handlebars, NOS Grips, NOS lever, NOS hi/low dimmerswitch, NOS turn signal and horn button, OEM Horn, TB Parts head light and headlight bucket, CHP speedometer rubber gasket, re-chromed OEM front fender, Custommade throttle cable by Flanders motorcycle accessories in Daurte CA.  (it has an OEM quick release seen in picture) CHP clutch and brake cables in gray,NOS turn signals, NOS Fork boots- plastic fork sliders and seals, re-chromedthe OEM fork legs, front and rear brake hubs have been polished, brake hardwarezinc plated, TB Parts front and rear brake shoes, axles been zinc plated, OEMwire harness, NOS wire harness frame grommet, NOS key ignition switch, NOSchrome strip on top of the frame, CHP frame decals applied with no air bubbles,eBay aluminum side badges, NOS side handle located on the right just below theseat, CHP seat, CHP sealed battery, original battery box zinc plated, NOSbattery box rubber cover, OEM flasher and rectifier, original seat latch zincplated, NOS tail light and bracket, OEM Shocks Have been polished and thesprings were re-chromed with new rubber bushings, re-chromed OEM shock acornnuts, NOS rear foot brake switch and springs, re-chrome the original rear footbrake, NOS brake rod from foot brake to rear wheel, NOS exhaust pipe,re-chromed the exhaust guards, CHP engine cradle or sometimes called skidplate, CHP spark plug guard, re-chromed OEM heel/toe shifter with NOS rubber,re-chromed the original kick-start lever with NOS rubber, both brake arms re-zinced,New chain and sprockets, NOS air filter and chrome end caps, NOS carburetorboot.powder coated the foot pegs/kickstand,air box, seat hinge and gas tank mount in gloss black. New CHP gas tank neckrubber, NOS new gas cap. All original Honda #X insignia bolts were cleaned andsilver zinc plated just like new, these bolts are no longer available as theyare made different now.
Engine:Built by motorcycle mechanic with XX plus years of experience building andrestoring Honda mini trail XX and trail XXs motors. NewCHP Carburetor with polished OEM intake manifold. The Headwas disassembled and bead blasted replaced both valves with new valves, newvalve seats were cut and lapped for perfect seal, replaced the cam chain andcam chain rollers, polished the cam cover and polished the valve covers,cylinder was bored and honed to .XX specifications with new piston, rings,pin, and cir clips, barrel was painted with high temp epoxy gloss black paint,center cases were bead blasted, new clutches, seals, screws, new points plugand condenser, all new drain bolts, washers, head acorn nuts, brass washers,installed factory Honda SAEXX oil.    Thisbike is over the top with great attention to detail!
