Custom CBXXX. This bike was long term project that mostly went unridden and was used in various photo shoots and displays over the past years. It has won few local and national shows winning best in class and best in show. It has been on long term display in South Beach hotel. Highlights: Engine: XXX kit with kibblewhite valves, APE studs, valve guides and cometic gaskets. Sleeves were honed, head decked, and valve seats cut by blaze performance. Engine has host of joker machine parts like tappet covers and starter cover. Exhaust is made by Moto GP Werks and stainless steel into and has mild baffle. Bike will wake your neighbors and then their neighbors as well. Carburetors are dual VM from cyclexchange and may need to be rejetted for your environment and use machined velocity stacks. There are no air filters. Bike can not be ridden in the rain. Bike retains points system(see clear points cover) but has modern reg/rec. Start switch/neutral light are integrated into triple tree nut. Key is in headlight: in first indent to the right, ignition is hot, lights are off. In second(full right) indent to right, ignition is hot and lights are on. Frame: It has been smoothed and has kit installed to allow head removal/service while engine is in frame. Tail light is integrated into frame(not street legal/dot). Rearsets are tarrozi and have some height adjustability. Tapered bearings in neck. Tank/Tail: one off steel. Oil tank is integrated into tail. Fuel cap is custom unit made by Crafty B. Oil and vent lines are attached underneath tail. Oil capacity is around X.X quarts. There is an air space under seat so there is minimal to no heat transfer from oil to rider. Battery is hidden in false compartment at the tail end of the fuel tank. Fuel capacity is around X.X gallons. Headlight houses basic wiring. On left side of headlight housing is the oil light. On right side of headlight housing is voltage light: red, not charging. orange, low charging. green, charging. Paint: custom with some mild shading, it is mix of metallic charcoals, black and silver. PLEASE NOTE: there are two imperfections in the paint. X) near the leading edge of the left side of tank there is raised area around X" in diameter. It is bit hard to see in photos but does detract from the show quality of the bike. Tank would need to be repainted to restore it to perfect condition. X) near the trailing edge of the left side of tank there is lifted/ripple area of paint about X" in diameter where it feels loose. This would also have to be repainted to restore it to perfect condition. Wheels: stainless buchanan spokes, aluminum excel wheels XX" front with XX" rear wrapped in avon road rider tires. New wheel bearings. Tires are X/XX for wear and are in great shape. Brakes: cross honed and drilled stock front rotor. New front caliper piston. New master cylinder. Stainless braided brake line. Rear shoes and new. Brakes work Okay. Suspension: ORIGINAL new old stock Dresda swing arm with tapered bearings. Progressive rear springs on CBXXX rear shocks. Cartridge emulators in front fork. Lowlights: Bike is very uncomfortable and made for around X' tall rider. It was admittedly built more around an aesthetic than rideability. Saddle has minimal padding and is very uncomfortable when your feet are on the ground. Cafe bars are very low and reach is long. You will not be able to ride this bike if you are not near X' tall. It is also not street legal. The speedo is just for show. It was never hooked up and will never function since the speedo drive has been removed and replaced with blank spacer. There is no hi/lo beam function. There are no turn signals. There is no horn. In fact there are no controls on the handle bar except brake and clutch. License plate is mounted vertically with no lighting on plate and probably not legal in your state. Tail light is custom and not DOT. It is very bright and functions well, however it is only functional while using front brake. Rear brake is not connected to lighting. That being said, have ridden the bike many times at night and on the street and gotten many thumbs up and never had problem with the local authorities. Your results may vary. Title is clean and in my name. DO NOT BUY THIS MOTORCYCLE if you are not mechanically inclined or know someone who is and are willing to pay them to maintain this bike. Nothing is off the shelf. Bike starts easily with choke and warms up within few minutes. Engine has great compression and can be kick started easily(so easily I've used my hand several times). Its blast to ride.
