This Motorcycle starts immediately with the electric starter and bit of throttle application. It has been ridden over XXX miles since the restoration and has been fine tuned to idle and run perfectly. The timing has been set and rechecked and the carburetors re-jetted to operate perfectly with the exhaust system. The clutch has been adjusted to give the correct amount of free play, the bike shifts up and down through all the gears without hesitation and the transmission goes into neutral easily. The flawless new paint perfectly matches the original color scheme and the original seat cover is in very good condition. All serviceable original parts were refurbished and retained. Engine# CBXXXE-XXXXXXX: Measured XXX PSI compression, inspection of internal parts indicated like new condition, oil changed and filter cleaned. Cam chain tension and valves adjusted. New engine cover gaskets installed and hardware updated to allen head bolts. New mufflers, new spark plugs, new igniton coils and wires, new PAMCO eletronic ignition and advance unit, upgraded Rick's Electric stator and voltage regulator and new Interstate battery and cables installed. Fuel System: No rust fuel tank was cleaned but no coating was applied. Rebuilt and re-jetted carburetors with new genuine Honda parts, installed new genuine Honda air filters, new genuine Honda intake manifolds, new fuel lines and new throttle cables. Suspension: Rebuilt front forks with new All Balls seals and dust caps, rebuilt steering head with All Balls tapered bearings, installed new front and rear tires and tubes. Removed, cleaned, inspected and lubricated swing arm pivot bolt, and installed new rear shocks. New chain and front and rear sprockets were installed. Brakes: New front and rear brake shoes and new front brake cable were installed. Controls: New speedometer (NOS) and tachometer (NOS), new tachometer and speedometer cables, new hand grips and new clutch cable installed. Frame: Original frame was never damaged and had only light rust, frame was de-rusted and repainted only in those spots. Cosmetics: Fuel tank, fork covers and side covers repainted professionally using acrylic enamel in the original Light Ruby Red, with original graphics done in paint, not decals. Engine covers and front forks cleaned and polished to restore original polished aluminum finish and waxed. No clear coat applied. Engine cylinder heads and piston barrels cleaned to restore original raw aluminum finish. All corroded or missing hardware was replaced with new genuine Honda nuts and bolts.
