This is classic Honda CBXXX Cafe Racer bike. This cafe racer has had lot of work done to it (handle bars, new paint, polished/de-rusted, back lights, rewiring headlights, carbs tuned, etc). 
That said, there are still couple things left to do to get it working:Replace the battery - have the new battery but have not put it in. I'll provide this with the bike.Finish wiring the taillight - not actually complex job here as most of it is done. The wires just need to be trimmed and connected, they're all in place. I'll include the wire cutters and electrical tape as well. I'll also include the original CBXXX tail lights and rear wheel guard if you would like thatIgnition button - currently only works by kickstart, haven't had time to fix the ignition button 
In addition to the original seat, brand new cafe racer seat and extra cloth material will be included. This seat would require some welding to the structure of the bike so haven't done that it's up to you if you'd like to modify or not.
