Honda CBX XXXX.  XXXX/restored.   


This is wonderful restored classic with tasteful understated upgrades to the brakes and suspension that make this great/fun and reliable riding machine without sacrificing it??�s original beauty.

-motorcycle chassis completely disassembled with every part or fastener renewed or replaced.
-gas tank and all bodywork professionally repainted with new factory decals.
-X into Pipemasters polished stainless steel exhaust system in perfect condition.
-carburators ultrasonically cleaned, completely rebuilt and tops polished.
-engine cases prepped with degreasing, soda blasting, etching  and then spray pained with VHT SPXXX cast aluminum heat paint.
-CBX high output aftermarket alternator kit installed.
-valve covers and exhaust header clamps ceramic coated.
-frame and all frame related parts powder coated black.
-all aluminum engine covers,  chassis parts and fasteners replaced or polished.
-upgraded XXmm forks from XX CBX model; all internals rebuilt with air adjustable caps. New steering head bearings.
-Kerker into exhaust system included in sale that is matte black Ceramic coated.
-aluminum pro link swing arm from an XX CBX model with custom welded lower shock mount tabs for Ohlins twin  shock rear suspension.
-new engine gaskets and clutch cover seals; adjusted to factory spec valve clearances.
-dual piston caliper upgrade to front and rear brakes using CBXXXF calipers; rebuilt and  heat painted. Upgraded kevlar brake lines.
-CBXXX left hand euro light switch with high beam flash (PA) function.
-Euro kit handlebars that are lower and euro foot peg bracket mounts and foot pegs.

I have all stock parts for this bike except for the exhaust system that are included in the sale.
Speedometer gauge is not original, so verified original mileage is unknown but estimated to be under XX,XXX.  have put about X,XXX miles on the bike since purchase.

This bike runs,  starts and  idles perfectly,  is joy to ride and the exhaust note of the Pipemaster  exhaust system is one of the best in motorcycling.

On Oct-XX-XX at XX:XX:XX PDT, seller added the following information:-the only minor flaw that forgot to mention is that the voltmeter gauge pointer needle has broken off in about X/Xrds of its' length.  It still points accurately and the gauge functions.  apologize for the omission.
On Oct-XX-XX at XX:XX:XX PDT, seller added the following information:A fellow ebayer has pointed out to me that there is chip in the top cooling fin on the clutch side of the engine.  It is defect that did not notice and am trying to upload better photo of it as the ebay form will not allow me to remove one photo and enter another; apologize for the omission.
