Up for auction is very rare XXXX Kawasaki ZXR. X,XXX of these were produced compared to XX,XXX in XXXX. This bike was sold new at Riverside Kawasaki in Somerville, Massachusetts. Two years later it was traded in for new bike. It sat for XX years at the dealership. purchased it year ago. It had bad coil and bad pickup. As all of these XX's were ohm coils and pickups, they were problematic from the beginning. replaced the coils with new ohms and Dyna ignition pickup. Cleaned the carbs. and it runs as it should. flushed out the master cylinders and brake calipers with Dot synthetic fluid. New fuel lines and filters. Aside of that everything else is original. Although the tires are original they are not dry rotted. There is no indication that the bike has been crashed or even fallen off the kickstand. The tool kit is unused,  the original kick starter is under the seat. I'm sorry to say that the owners manual is lost. You would be hard pressed to find better original example. For XX year old bike you could wheel it into museum private collection or drive it. This bike is only listed for sale here. Shipping is buyers responsibility. Will ship overseas.All sales are final.
