I put new tires tubes, chain shift and kicker seals and did super detail on it  ,  touched up few things   fork legs,  engine covers , 
The previous one owner rode down his paved one mile driveway to the gate check the perimeter or mail box  for several years    
The bike was garaged kept   and very well maintained
