First off I'd like to say that am not dealer and this is my personal bike and it is titled and insured in my name. I'm selling my bike to help restore my XXXX GTO Judge. I'm car guy first and bike guy second (  can't have it all   , now that that's out of the way.....im selling my XXXX Harley-Davidson Fatboy " Grey Ghost '' . This bike is in museum quality and condition and is perfect in every way ,with only XXXX original miles on it , this Grey Ghost is probably one of the lowest mileage and the most original ones in existence. Every part on this bike ( not ties or battery is XXX% original even the driving lights where installed in XXXX when the bike was new. This bike is perfect and looks like it was just purchased new today. All the aluminum such as the engine case, lower forks wheels ,trans case are not even stained ,they look new.  retired air force pilot purchased this bike new and only took it out for the first two years in the sun to ride then it want into his collection . He past away in XXXX or XXXX and his best friend took over the estate and this bike and many more where sold off ,most of the other bikes where in the XXXXs and XXXX . When this bike finally arrived here it was appraised by the well known vintage bike guys at  Early-Times Motorcycle Restoration CO. and it received condition XX.XX. The reserve is set much less than the appraisal.  The guys recommended  the bike be  all checked out for safe ride so next the bike went to the Harley-Davidson dealer and had every nut and bolt inspected all fluids changed compression checked transmission checked replaced the original battery which  was totally unusable and replaced the tires with H-D originals. A total of $XXXX was spent and have the bills If your reading this you know what the XXXX first year Fatboy is  . This is very special bike with only XXXX made and in couple of years this bike is eligible to compete in the antique class at shows and it will be first place winner every time. took this bike to my Harley-davidson dealer for the amual bike show and almost everyone there crowded around to see it, what feeling to have great piece of Harley-davidson history.  Buy this bike to show it  or just buy it and ride it. The bike needs nothing everything is XXX% done.  Please do not ask what the reserve is , want to be fare to everyone but will say it is way below the appraisal price This bike is listed locally so can end this auction at any time without notice  .
