I purchased my MXXX in San Francisco from Munroe Motors in XXXX and has been with me ever since. generally used it for commuter in the city and when moved to LA found that didn't care for commuting in LA traffic and used it for mountain rides and an occasional track day.

Boo Boos:

Yes as any motorcyclist knows, it's not if you're going to have spill but when. That said, have been fortunate that the few have had were low speed and only caused cosmetic damage. 

??? Abrasion marks on front fork
??? Front cowl needs paint
??? Old open cell battery leaked on frame and stator cover marring the paint bit
??? Just general weathering due to age
??? Some edge wear on Corbin Seat??? Probably ready for new throttle cable
