XXXX BMW RXXXXRT-P, high mileage, meticulously maintained motorcycle. This bike has many nicks and lots of wear. It was California Highway Patrol Motorcycle used in the Santa Cruz, Ca. area. So as you can see from the pictures there is some surface rust. The right side bag latches are broken but have been rigged and will lock and unlock. The windscreen needs to be buffed out. test rode this bike for XXX miles through the Sierra Nevada Mountains from Stockton, Ca. to Reno, Nv. and back. Zero mechanical issues! It runs perfectly well and handles like dream. If parked on the side stand over night, it will smoke when started. This is normal for BMW with over XXXk. If parked over night on the centerstand it never smokes. Does not burn oil. These bikes, if maintained, routinely make XXX-XXXk miles. This bike was originally purchased from A&S Powersports in Roseville, CA. The maintenance was done by Santa Cruz BMW Motorcycles. The tires are Dunlap Sportmax with Roadsmart Technology. Plenty of tread left on them. This bike would make great commuter bike and has lots of life left in her. No oil leaks. If you are buyer from outside California, you must either trailer or ship the vehicle out of state to avoid paying local, state taxes plus DMV fees.
