New York State title says XXXX miles however the odometer says XXX which are the miles on the motor since rebuild.  LCD display shows one error code [IMMO XX.X] -- for immobilizer -- which isn't on the bike -- neither is the ignition key -- bike has toggle switch for ignition [never forget to bring your bike key to the track again!].  Error code does not effect the bike in any way.  If ignition key is preferred you can use any stock Ducati ignition -- the ECU is not programmed to any single key.  Can include in sale if desired.
Clear NYS title in my name in hand -- this is not salvage bike that was converted to track use -- the bike was bought new from the dealer and immediately converted to track use by the previous owner -- he sold off all the stock bits and pieces so NONE of the original [stock] lights, bodywork etc are available or included -- can be returned to street use if you desire -- but that will require separate purchase and installation of lights, brackets etc and that is the responsibility of the new owner.  
The bike has always been stored indoors and currently lives in my workshop in Brooklyn.  I can assist with shipping -- we have loading dock and can crate or pallet for fee.  Shipping arrangements and cost are the responsibility of the purchaser,
