This one is rare, strange story.  Was originally sold back in XXXX to an individual who never picked it up from the dealership.  The bike sat, not having been PDI'd for many many years inside and finally was brought to life few weeks ago.  The bike is showroom new.
Clean and clear title is in my hand.  
The bike is bone stock.  No accidents of course.  Never on the ground.  NO rust.  Just brand new, year old bike!  
I've ridden the bike and it's rides great.  Very solid, tons of torque and if you can find nicer one, buy it.  But don't think you will!
Both sets of keys (I had to change out the batteries on the remote because they didn't work- but verified that both of them are working now)  Includes the original owners manual and bunch of extras that came with the bike.  
I'll be happy to deliver the bike anywhere in Texas for $XXX.  

Please don't bother wasting time offering less $.  I know that it's the nicest one for sale for under $XXXX so let's not waste any time on that.  Thanks.
