2010 Hyosung GT650s EFi LAMS Approved for sale

Up for regrettable sale is my XXXX Hyosung GTXXXs road bike. It's an EFi model and is LAMS Approved. Rego Expires August XXXX; sold as is no roadworthy. It has been my first bike for the last four years and was great bike to learn on, despite being heavier than other LAMS bikes. It's got lot more power than expected from LAMS bike, so new riders won't be looking to upgrade anytime soon. This bike sits on the road really well due to its weight and is not blown around by passing traffic. And it is still agile enough to enjoy some decent twisties. Engine runs well and gives consistent drive through all the gears. Doesn't struggle in the cold; mostly due to being fuel injected. I've never had it not start for me; always been reliable.
The first owner put lot of long kilometres on the bike in its first year. The motor died on the second owner, who had the whole engine replaced at about XX,XXXkms. So despite the bike having done XX,XXXkms in total, the engine is only at XX,XXXkms, as shown by on of the trip meters (see photos).
I've never dropped the bike or been in an accident. To my knowledge, the previous owner lowsided it but replaced any damaged fairings, grips, mirror, indicator, pegs, etc on the right hand side. The pillion seat has developed tear over the last six months, think from where my backpack sits. Other than that, the bike is in good condition. Not immaculate, few scuffs on the handlebars, around the ignition and few other spots, but overall its fairly neat. The bike has an aftermarket Scorpion Slip-On Exhaust (Part Number: EHYXXSEO); the baffle lives under the pillion seat to keep cops happy as it is quite loud with it.I've also installed two switches onto the dash; one allows the fan to be run manually (for sitting in traffic in Summer), and the other is for LED light bar had mounted beneath the headlights (which can be re-attached if requested).I've just replaced the chain, sprockets, and also the battery.
I've been quite impressed with how reliable this bike has been. I've never had any major issues over the last XX,XXXkms I've put on the bike. It's served me well, and hope it will continue to serve its next owner just as well! Definitely regrettable sale due to tight finances at the moment, though my wife assures me can buy another bike in couple of years!
I've tried to include everything can think of, but feel free to send through message if you have any questions.
