BSA CXX vintage racer. I built this bike in XXXX/X toparticipate in VMCC BHR series, to fill the time in-between the sidecar raceswe were racing in. It is eligible for the pre-XX XXXcc class. Between XXXX andXXXX it ran at XX or XX meetings (practice/race), mainly at Mallory Park butalso Cadwell, Anglesey and Donnington Park. No podium finishes but that was probablymainly due to the rider rather than the bike. The bike always started easilyand ran well. The only significant mechanical issue was shearing of the BXXMX camshaftkeyway once whilst at full speed down Stebbe straight at MP. Bizarrely, therewas no resulting damage to the valve-gear.
