Honda CB XXX FXN with bullet proof RCXX engine.The donor bike as above has been stripped, hand built, rebuilt, re-welded, re-sprayed and checked from the frame up. am an apprenticed engineer and ex mechanic
I have spent XXXX's on new parts and it has taken year to build.I was inspired by Walking Dead's Daryl Dixon's bike and have used most parts to exactly the same specification to the original Cognito Moto built bike as used in the Walking Dead series.There are lots of items and parts to list, here are what can remember, am sure have forgotten few.
Frame mods to include rear seat loop, seat pan and mounts, tank mount and custom seat, rear mudguard and custom under tray, bullet indicators, all bolts replaced with stainless bolts, custom made saddlebags, battery compartment and holder, megaphone twin exhausts with baffles, exhaust wrap and stainless wrap ties, new header gaskets, engine re painted in satin engine enamel and VHT wrinkle paint, engine valve clearances checked, new plugs, HT leads, frame painted, new xvXXX tank- custom painted in pXX flying tigers war paint with patena, new petrol taps, new fuel lines, refurbished tank cap and seals, new air pod filters and custom spacers, new re routed crank breather and filter, wiring loom altered, new gel battery, new mirrors (now has X), new swept back retro handlebars, new GPS speedo, top yoke customised to include integrated neutral and engine lights, hand made front number board and mudguard with offset front light, re routed cables, new retro grips, new rear shocks, all spindles and bearings checked replaced and/ or greased, brake pads replaced, brake fluid replaced, fork seals done last year to donor bike just before purchased, brand new knobbly tyres included (not fitted yet) new complete chain and sprocket kit, rear facing Harley style numberplate and digit personal number plate included, oil sump plug, washer, filter, plugs, HT leads and oil serviced XX miles ago.
Like say, everything has been done to the bike, it runs like dream and sounds awesome, not too loud, passed MOT Xst time, lovely rumble.

New black pod filters just arrived and will come with the bike.Just added couple of photos as was being asked for the rear end, this shows light, suspension and tyre condition. Don't forget the bike will come with brand new knobblys. New filter pods on and looking sexy!!!I have taken the bike out today to test the new air filters and to do final nuts bolts screws and fasteners check for total safety prior to sale.
