For sale is my beautiful Honda CBR XXXX XX In Metallic Grey
The only reason am selling is that she is sitting in the garage and not being ridden. From her previous MOT to her latest she only completed XXX miles and at this time she had full service, oil, filter, plugs, two new tyres, front discs and front wheel bearing.
She has never wanted for anything and is in superb condition, looks stunning in the metallic grey, comes with alarm and immobiliser. have owned the bike since April XXXX and she has never let me down, or missed beat.
There is fair bit of service history that comes with the bike including receipts and previous MOT certificates as well as the current VX Document. 
The bike as previously stated is in excellent condition, there is small rub mark and slight crack to the rear panel where the luggage bracket sits and small nick in the seat (see photos). However they in no way detract from the beauty of the bike or affect performance. The rub could easily be touched up if required and the previous owner did provide new seat cover for the bike but never felt the need to change it over. These are extremely small defects on bike of this age and can guarantee you will not be disappointed if you come along to view the bike.

If you would like to test ride the bike then that is fine however it will be after we have agreed the sale price and have the full amount in my hand. Please do not expect to turn up and ride her without paying for her first.
