Honda CX500 1981 for sale
Honda CXXXX XXXX
Bike in generally good condition for age, bought the bike as reg but it is now on plate.
The bike is used daily, runs well and does not burn oil, it may benefit from carb overhaul as it very occasionally hesitates at higher revs or when opening the throttle quickly. It has new battery fitted (Feb XXXX), new rear brake shoes and new rear shocks last year.
The bike passed it's MOT in January with no advisories. There may be charging issue as when using the bike with the lights permanently on have had to charge the battery up now and then, it has been like this since have owned it.
This could be an ideal project bike....cafe racer, brat, restoration project etc or work horse.
