imported this GBXXX from New Zealand in XXXX along with few others. This is the last GB have. It was first registered in New Zealand in October XXXX. can't say that the odo reading is correct, but with bike this old, who knows. I'd always wanted to strip GB to make cafe racer without going overboard. Not extreme, but different enough from standard bike. The guards were shortened and the fork gaitors removed. Just about everything was stripped,cleaned and painted. The exhaust is standard, but painted, and the muffler end has been drilled so it has bit more of bark to it. It has new Metzler front tyre,new front brake pads,braided steel front brake hose,new petrol tap, new K&N pod air filterr, new oil filter and oil,new battery, new smaller indicators, new bar end mirrors,new throttle cables and quite lot of stainless nuts, bolts, and fasteners. I've probably missed some things. All the alloy was polished which gives it nice amount of bling, contrast to the black paint. The crankcase breather now exits at the right hand rear of the bike via large diameter plastic hose. The bike has never been ridden in Australia apart from it's compliance test when first imported. It has the proper import approvals and has Queensland compliance plate as shown in one of the Pics. I'm not sure whether QLD compliance plate is accepted in other States, so may need to register it in Queensland first. This would make it easier to register in another state. I'll work with any out of state buyer to ensure all will be well. Freight will be at purchasers expense.
