Honda SR125 Scooter very low mileage for sale

The scooter has been kept in garage with the battery on trickle charge for the last years. It starts fine, but cuts out when you turn the throttle. Probably an easy fix, but know nothing about scooters. Very good condition for the year. Very low mileage. The bike has had heated handlebars fitted as well as high quality top box.
