have decided to sell my trike, converted by me three years ago.I bought the bike from Hunters motorcycles in Newcastle, in Nov. XXXX. They imported it from Japan and have been the only UK owner. The trike features an independent rear axle assembly made by Cassarva. This has ford sierra diff, hubs and brakes, plus show-chromed hexagonal drive shafts.Adjustable alloy dampers and coil springs complete the rear suspension.Rear tyres are XXX.XX.XX on new XX'' alloys. The trike still has the swinging arm on its pivot, but the single coil spring has been replaced by solid strut. The steelwork completing the frame was designed and built by me.The trike is XX' long (X.Xm), XX'' wide, and has wheelbase XX'' longer than the bike. This is because am X' X'' and wanted it to look striking. To convert the chain drive to shaft, is the final drive unit from yamaha xs XXXX. This is mounted to provide chain tensioning as needed.Engine is stock, untouched by me (except new plugs).Front end is stock and has just had new fork oil seals and brake pads.Rear wing is for show and stands on two, alloy posts, XXmm thick (water jet profiled).Handlebars were made to measure and are stainless steel.Drives smoothly with no steering issues. This is not powerful bike. I've probably nearly doubled the weight of the original bike but its for show, not go!Front pegs and controls are untouched, but the seats have been modified and moved back to give straight legged riding position. Shorter riders will have changes to make! The trike is near Stanley, Co. Durham. The trike has an electric reverse gear. Plenty power is available from car battery, mounted above the diff.
