Honda VFR 750f 1997 Under 25,000 Miles! for sale
Sadly selling my VFR XXX which have owned since late XXXX and done XXXX miles on. Used for monthly trips to London and perfect for motorway, traffic, parking & no congestion charge! believe everything they say about this versatile machine super comfortable; never got back-ache or wrist-ache even though I've got bus pass! Not as fast as the Fireblade had previously, but plenty fast enough (when can you ever use these to the maximum, except acceleration?). Lovely gutsy VX engine note. Ultra-reliable, never once let me down.
About the bike:
Standard green. What consider should be standard extras like tinted double bubble screen, hugger, Scottoiler and solo seat cover.
Mileage genuinely under XXXXX averaged only X,XXX miles year!
I haven't had to replace or fix anything!
Could probably use service sometime this year.
Mot expires Xth April, (just noticed when pulled out the paperwork) but will book it in today (just hope bank holidays don't mess that up).
Still taxed until end of March and current insurance so it can be taken out on the road on "bend it you've just bought it" basis or could take you for spin!
Cosmetic damage to n/s fairing previous owner taped over it and dropped it on the same side whilst parking in tight spot in London. Duh. You could live with it or fix it if you want to smarten it up.

By the way, if you buy it now you get free Viper sports exhaust, hefty padlock & chain, rack (takes standard top box) and tank bag thrown in. (Tank bags are very useful but always ride with rucksack negates the negative air pressure on your back and sort of emulates the hump on racing leathers.)
Just note of free advice to any young riders recently passed test and anxious to buy really snazzy machine don't! Learn on one of these first. You won't be able to use its full potential without endangering your license and it will be like your Mum kind and cuddly and willing to overlook your mistakes. And for what it is, cheap as chips. Then graduate to an expensive one. That comes from XX years riding experience, and it's free.
