OK WHERE DO WE START.... KXXX XXXX GROUND UP BUILD WITH PICS.

Bike has not been out since done. Boy has outgrown and become the next Messi (so he thinks) his fully into his Football Xx per week.

Bike was stripped down to nothing. Frame/ Swingarm Fork Legs Sandblasted by Professionals in Mentone. Sent to Painters and Powder coated Black.

All Chassis Bearings inc  Head Stock Complete Swing Arm Wheels Shock thrown away and replaced with new. Parts from Online Racing Spares, Bearings from Professionals in Dingley.
Rear Shock taken to BLS Suspension in Seaford. New Service/ Oil and Seals Gas Recharge.
Front Forks New Seals, Oil.
New Brake Pads Front and Rear and Fluid.
New Hoses Trick Green Silicone set all replaced.
New Gearbox Oil
New Muffler Repack Not even started yet...
Full New Plastics Set (except Front Number Plate lost in house move for some unknown reason)
New Grips
New Seat Cover Actually was for XXXF so was bit of trim up to fit.
New Coolant Fluid
New Air Filter and Oiled.
New Spark Plug.

Really all it needs is Graphic Kit, but I'm not putting set on as this can be someones personal touch. Has tub of the old plastics, all old parts thrown away as they were junk. Most likely have receipts indoors for over $XXX without the $XXX shock service.

Shes real nice little bike that has been fun to do with the boy.

No timewasters please as really am not worried about sale, It can just sit there until the Grandson can ride. Pick Up only or for Interstate Buyers they sort the Courier at their own cost. Happy to load it up and thats it.
Will fire it up this weekend sometime.
