This is fantastic bike in Very Good Condition.
Sadly I'm not finding the time to ride it.

The bike is quite powerful XXX, similar to the Honda CBR-R or Suzuki GSX-R

The bike has never been dropped and everything is as it should be.
The bike has always been garaged.
The bike has always been used with the best quality XX Octane petrol.
The tyres, brakes, etc, are all in good condition.

The only modification to the bike is the addition of Musarri exhaust
which gives it "nice" sound.

The engine has had very easy life and never revved much over over X/X way.
Red-line starts at XXK and I've only revved it to Xish (down the MX).

The bike is learner legal.

The bike comes with:
Front and rear stands. (I've only used the rear one to clean and lube the chain.)
A USB stick with the service manual on it.

The bike is at Southport on the Gold Coast.

Registration is due on the XX January XXXX.
It's currently registered for Rider Pillion passenger.
