For sale is this superb XXXX Kawasaki ZXR MkX DX. The last model to be produced by Kawasaki and fitted with the more powerful mark engine. The bike was purchased and imported from the USA in XXXX from private working collection and remained unregistered with previous owner until purchased it in XXXX. The bike has had sympathetic restoration since being in the UK with any replacement parts being genuine Kawasaki items, good quality second hand parts or when felt that an item was over priced or unobtainable, the best quality pattern parts could find. The condition is not mint and there are still few areas that can be improved, however on saying that it wouldnt look out of place on club stand and would probably come close to and even winning best of class at your local shows.. The mileage of XXXXXish is believe to be genuine as the levers still have their protective plastic coating, XX% of the bolts are numbered or X, no wear on foot rubbers, all chrome is original and not rechromed items  the brake pads are the toyo disc wearing sintered metal pads, discs front and rear have very little wear on them at all and it still has set of XXXX's metzeler ME tyres on. All these signs and few more convince me that the mileage for the cycle parts at least is genuine. still have most of the parts that have been replaced and also have an early good condition DX standard exhaust system which will go with bike if it reaches it's reserve. The bike was recently registered in September XXXX for use on UK roads and has done less than XXX miles so far. As you would expect it passed the mot will no advisories and is currently taxed and mot'd. It was my intention to use this bike as working classic on daily basis and to relive my earlier biking days, however work and business commitments have prevented me from doing this so sadly it is time to accept that it is highly unlikely that will get to enjoy this classic ride and to let this classic be enjoyed as bike and not as an ornament.Viewing and questions are recommended.
