The Suzuki GSX-RXXXRK, also known as the RR, is rare motorcycle of which only XXX were made in its year of release, XXXX. GSXRXXXRR (RK), the RR stood for Race Replica. It was designed by Takahiko Kawaguchi and its initial purpose, apart from being "straight out of the crate racer", was bike which could be tuned easier than its short-stroke predecessor the J, and Suzuki GSX-RXXXs. From the XXX originally fabricated, only XXX units were exported to Europe; most of these ended up in Germany, UK, France and Holland, some went to Sweden, only couple went to Norway and only one to Iceland. Out of this XXX total XX units officially came to the UK, most went to racers and race teams, thus units which went to dealerships and sold to private customers were very limited. Its price in XXXX was almost ??XXXX which was enough to buy small house, The bulk of the original XXX units were raced and subsequently trashed. It is believed that there are fewer than XXX units left in existence which would make it rare but not extinct.
I've owned the bike for close to years bought it as an investment and to restore to new condition. Regrettably years on I'm in financial need and have to sell the bike. The bike is in good condition and rides great.
