XXXX Suzuki RMXXXXz, X,XXX miles, taxed & mot till June XXXX. HPI clear. Over ??XXXX worth of accessories fitted. VX in my name at my address. 
It starts on the button every time and has never let me down. It runs and rides perfectly. The engine is as sweet as nut, it doesn't smoke or rattle. It was derestricted from new by the supplying dealer (air box & exhaust) and fitted with Yoshimura Cherry bomb. 
New Michelin ACXX,s and heavy duty Michelin inner tubes, new front and rear brake pads, battery chain and sprockets. Ally bash plate, XX litre IMS fuel tank, hand guards & Hinson clutch. 
The bike comes with all original parts, X.X litre tank, clutch, OE bash plate etc. Also few new oil and air filters. 
The bike was pre registered by Bike Sport in Newcastle and purchased by XX year old chap who bought it from year ago so I'm the Xrd registered keeper. It has only been use for light green lane use and has never been raced or thrashed, it has minor marks here and there but nothing serious. 
The valve clearances were checked at XXXX miles and were all within spec. The bike is stripped, checked and greased regularly and oil and filter changed every XXX miles, the bike is ready to ride and needs nothing.
