Here is My Beloved Diversion, my first big bike, It has served me well but now have Fazer,
The Bad bits: 
Previously Cat C, as you can see from exhaust. But it is straight and rides fine. The Lockset has been changed at some point apart from the seat release which is pain as you have to pull the cable to get under the seat. The small fairing bracket lug on the frame has snapped off on one side but could be rapired with small bit of metal and tack weld. It currently needs rear brake light switch for MOT will sort this before sale. It has the XJ Clutch rattle noise, easy to fix have bought the clutch cover Gasket that will be supplied with the bike. the seat cover is ripped as seen in photos

The good bits, Stainless exhaust headersI've spent money on it, Its had new Carb boots rubbers. carb strip and rebuild, and balance, Its had new ECUs and ignition relay as they had water in them and were corroded inside all sorted now and the bike idles nicely. It's had new chain and front sprocket not long ago. New Battery and Regulator rectifier about years ago. I just put replacement rear master cylinder on the bike as the old one failed. Stainless bolt kit on the engine covers and handlebar stuff.It had new Bridgestone Battleaxe Tyre on the rear for last mot, Front Tyre is legal but want replacing soon. 
Ideal commuter bike or first big bike, very reliable and not intimidating. think this is now classic as insurance is really cheap.
