am selling this Yamaha  DTXXX water cooled monoshock. believe it to be XXXX bike but know very little  about th??se bikes. normally sell vintage French bikes so this is bit out of my comfort zone. It came to me as part of collection of bikes that bought recently. The frame number is XNCXXXXXX if someone can confirm the year.
The bike is french model so there may be one or two minor differences from UK  bikes.
The bike is in pr??tty good condition and starts and runs fine. It starts first kick and everything seems to Work ok. The indicators light up and flash after  a while and the headlamp and rear light work fine but only once the engine is running so imagine the battery is dead. The speedo is showing XXXXX kms which is just under XXXX miles. Looking around the bike would say it is almost certainly correct as the bike is very straight and tidy and there is very little damage. The fragile plastics are all in good condition and the indicators, hand guards etc are all fine.
The only things to mention are  small tear in the seat and one of the passenger grab handles is missing. Other than that this very clean and tidy bike that rides very well.
The Front tyr?� is almost new the back is about XX%.
There is no log book with the bike but will supply French cession de vehicle certificate together with full receipt in French and English to enable the winning bidder to register the bike in the UK. have the key for the bike which works the ignition, petrol cap and helmet lock.
Please note that this bike is at present in the town of Chabris in the Indre (XX) department of central France. For price of ??XX can arrange delivery to the Worthing area on the south coast of the UK about ten days after the end of the auction. For the same price you can collect from the Kempton Park auto jumble on March XXth. Alternatively you are welcome to come to France to collect the bike and will offer the winning bidder one nights free accommodation in our B&B. Other delivery destinations by courier (in the UK) are possible, please email your post code for price.
I will require ??XXX deposit at the end of the auction with the balance in cash on collection. Sorry to have to do this but have been mucked around lot lately. If you are already customer and friend then the deposit will not be needed.
