I bought this last month off the one owner to get back on bike after knee surgery. had it couriered to my classic scooter shop where it has sat unused for three weeks.Its got nice low seat- perfect for me thought, however can't get on it, can't lift my leg over the higher passenger seat.
Its really reluctant sale as you don't often find them with this much paperwork, low mileage, great condition and one owner. 
The bike has literally sat where the courier unloaded it and gathered dust, it does need wash down as its dusty due to us renovating the shop. Such lovely bike, gutted to have to sell. Can show you the surgery I've had so you know I'm being XXX% honest. My physio says it will be the winter before can lift my leg that high again so it may as well go as only ride in the summer months.
I think ??XXXX is great price, can't take any offers I'm afraid but if you look online you'll be hard pushed to find anything cheaper let alone as good as this.
