What an excellent small cruiser! Light and low but not slow. After passing her direct access test, my wife had Suzuki SVXXX. She liked it but, inexperienced, she dropped it at low speed couple of times. Not to be deterred, she went for this treasure of bike. With its light weight and low seat it was so easy to manage. In just over year she used the Virago lot and built up her confidence to the point where she has just bought year old KTM XXX Duke. The Virago will do XXmph but will cruise very happily at XX-XX. It handles better than many cruisers, having sensible, not over-stylish, rake to the forks. This Virago has obviously been looked after by its previous owners. The mileage is only around XXXX! No signs of damage at all. Being XXXX bike, it has bit of surface corrosion on the wheel rims and chainguard plus odd hidden corners of brackets. The two-tone paintwork is superb. Tyres and chain are fine. No problems at all with engine, gearbox, brakes etc. It starts on the button every time. It has new MoT (done on X/XX) which it passed with no advisory items apart from the mask to convert the headlamp to the correct dip for the UK. One addition we made was to fit pair of Harley style panniers. had to adapt the frames from Harley to Virago but they look superb and are extremely useful. had to relocate the rear indicators to near the number plate and take off the passenger grab rail. The rail comes with the bike if you want to re-fit it. Otherwise the bike is standard spec. Any questions, or to come and view the bike, give me call: Steve, XXXXX XXXXXX. The bike is currently on display at Checkered Flag Cafe on the AXX near Liskeard and can be viewed there during their normal opening hours. Cash on collection please, tho could deliver for small charge in Cornwall/Devon.
