XXXX Yamaha Dragstar XXXX with just XXXX miles.. For Video walk round Click belowClick Here to seebike runningI was looking for aVERY CLEAN bike to Bobber and bought this owner from new bike The bike has seen little use and the condition clearly reflects this and thebike is clearly very very low mileage. Well known for their reliability and lowmaintenance shaft drive this bike was the perfect choiceMy objective was thatthe bike looks like it left the Yamaha factory as bobber which is the result, even Yamaha experts are amazed, This bike gets and deserves admiring looks andcomments where ever it goesThe Bobber kit is fromthe Utah in the USA and consists of the single seat conversion hardware, the best leather seat you can get in both quality and comfort, Prewar style retro LED brake light, side mounted number plate holder, made for this specific bike not an bay special fits everything badly made fromgood old China. The rearmudguards are made of thick aluminium and painted Black. Therear mudguard moves up and down with the swing arm suspension so remains close to thetyre. Notably not trailer type fender but the same shape as the tyre. The indicators are nickel plated high quality components all wiring connections to the new lights andindicators have been soldered and heat shrink wrapped. All fasteners have beenlock-tighted reliability and quality throughout.Overall in outstanding condition, the chrome and paintwork is fantastic as you can see, no pitting, liftingor flaking check the photos.Has an MOT, till the Xth December XXXX  XXXXmilesPrevious MOTs XX march XXXX  XXXX milesX  march XXXX XXXX milesXX march XXXX XXXX milesX March  XXXX XXXX milesXX March XXXX XXXX milesRecently serviced at XXXX miles in December XXXX This bike needs nothingother than new owner.Starts perfect hot orcold, runs and drives as one would expect, no noises, crunches or smoke, thegear selection is crisp and precise, brakes pull up smoothly. Its worth noting that thebobber kit is purely aesthetic, no changes have been made to the suspension, brakes, tyres it is all XVS XXXX, and as such you get great, bullet proofbike that if you service it every year will just go on and on.The pipes are Brand new Curburners from Pacific Star west cost USA that do not have baffles and were very expensive!!  I think theysound and look absolutely awesome Both front and reartyres are in great condition oil is still clean and was changed with filter just recently.Any inspection andviewing is welcomed and recommended, test rides no problem as long as its fullypaid for, crash it ,you own it, policy. Load of photos, just ask, any questionsdon't hesitate to ask. XXXXX XXXXXX to View located near Loughborough.Cash on collection ,bank transfer I can arrange UKdelivery for ??XXX fully insured door to door Personally on dedicated Big BikeTrailer should you require.Testimonial from different sale of a Kawazaki VN XXX Bobber built recentlyFirst time fired her up she was very loud!  Awesome but perhaps tiny bit loud for my neighbourhood of oldies to cope with so decided to fit the baffles.  didn't think the baffles made drastic difference, it still sounds beast, but thought under acceleration it sounds smoother than without the baffles.

I took her out for my first ride last night and love it.  The riding position is cool and can reach everything fine.  Being unaccustomed to the riding position I'll need few rides to get used to the handling as it feels quite different to using my body weight on Bandit type bike to lean into corners.  As you pointed out it attracts loads of attention and had to laugh when was riding through village and complete stranger started smiling and waving at me.

Riding it for the first time took me back to the day when picked up my TVR XXXi and drove it home with the roof down so could listen to the VX burble.  The bike's soundtrack is very similar and you can hear slight popping under deceleration which is wonderful.

From the first time saw the bike on ebay loved the looks and the fact it was customised and unique.  What also loved was the obvious quality of finish and the way everything looked "so right".  think you summed it up well when you said you wanted to create bike that looked like it had come out of the factory.  That's exactly what it looks like, all the mods blend in with the lines of the bike as if they had been designed by the power and wealth of Kawasaki.  So many custom bikes look amateurish because people randomly remove bits of the bike or fit accessories that make it look clumsy or imbalanced.  The Blue Collar Bobber kit is design masterpiece and the attention to detail you've provided in putting it all together has produced bike that looks far better than Harleys of twice the price.

I mentioned on Wednesday that regard this bike as "keeper" and certainly after my first ride can't imagine why I'd want anything else.  It's fantastic!

Many thanks,

Tony.
